One thing that was recommended to me by the dementia nurses was an app called Jointly https://jointlyapp.com/ has been really helpful in helping me to organise my dad’s schedule. It was also really helpful for me to keep track of the numerous tasks that we needed to complete in the run up to mum’s funeral.

The Jointly app can be shared with others. It was really helpful to share with my brother so he could see what I was organising. You can assign tasks to different people which is really helpful. I have found the app to be a bit glitchy at times, but I would really recommend it. I did pay a small registration fee – I think it was a one off fee of around £3, but others joining your circle don’t need to pay.
